Ready made pieces will ship 1-2 days after the order is placed.  Pre-order custom glaze pieces are made-to-order. Generally, it takes 3-6 weeks to throw, dry, trim, glaze, and fire your pottery. Check the product description for current lead times for each silhouette. I appreciate your patience with the slow, artisanal nature of ceramics!

Yes! If you are local to northeastern New Jersey, select "Local Delivery" at checkout. I will email you when your piece is ready for delivery.

Once your piece has survived its final firing, it is packed with care and shipped via USPS. Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package hits the road.

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. If there is a problem with your order that isn't related to the natural variation of glazes, please reach out via the Contact Form or by email to moontigerceramics@gmail.com. While I pack every piece to be postal-worker-proof, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the broken piece and the packaging and reach out within 48 hours of delivery. ​I will work with you to make it right.
