At Moon Tiger Ceramics, every pre-order piece is handcrafted and made-to-order specifically for you. Because of the bespoke nature of my work, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Part of the magic of handmade ceramics is the unique character of every piece. Due to the natural chemistry of the glazing and firing process, the final finish may differ slightly from the photos on the website.

Glaze Expectations: I do not offer refunds if a glaze color does not meet your personal expectations.
Need Guidance? Not all glazes react well when layered or paired. If you are unsure about your color selections, I am more than happy to provide guidance before you place your order. Please contact me at moontigerceramics@gmail.com to discuss your vision!

Damage Policy

I take great care in packaging your pottery to ensure it survives the journey to its new home. However, if your piece arrives damaged or broken:

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, via moontigerceramics@gmail.com or the Contact Form.
Include a photo of the damaged item and the original packaging.
I will work with you to make it right.
