Production & Processing Time

Every piece at Moon Tiger Ceramics is handmade to order. Because of the slow, intentional nature of working with clay. which includes throwing, drying, trimming, and two separate kiln firings, please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be crafted before it is shipped.

Custom Orders: If your order involves complex glaze combinations, production may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we ensure your piece meets our quality standards.

Ready-to-Ship: Occasionally, we offer "Ready-to-Ship" items. These will be clearly marked in the product description and typically ship within 3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We currently ship within the USA via USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight.

Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

When your order has survived the final kiln firing and is ready for its new home, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Return Policy

At Moon Tiger Ceramics, every pre-order piece is handcrafted and made-to-order specifically for you. Because of the bespoke nature of my work, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Part of the magic of handmade ceramics is the unique character of every piece. Due to the natural chemistry of the glazing and firing process, the final finish may differ slightly from the photos on the website.

Glaze Expectations: I do not offer refunds if a glaze color does not meet your personal expectations.

Damage Policy

I take great care in packaging your pottery to ensure it survives the journey to its new home. However, if your piece arrives damaged or broken:

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, via moontigerceramics@gmail.com or the Contact Form.
Include a photo of the damaged item and the original packaging.
I will work with you to make it right.
