Welcome to Moon Tiger Ceramics. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Eligibility

To use this website and purchase products, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Commercial Terms & Payments

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you complete the check-out process.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm.

  • Pricing: Prices for our handmade ceramics are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time or correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

3. Nature of Handmade Goods

At Moon Tiger Ceramics, every piece is handcrafted.

  • Variations: You acknowledge that small variations in color, size, and glaze texture are a natural part of the ceramic process and are not considered flaws.

  • Product Imagery: We strive to display colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display reflects the exact color of the physical product.
     

4. Returns and Refunds

Because of the fragile nature of ceramics:

  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives broken, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging and the break.

  • Returns: Due to the natural chemistry of the glazing and firing process, the final finish may differ slightly from the photos on the website.

  • Glaze Expectations: We do not offer refunds if a glaze color does not meet your personal expectations.
     

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all materials therein, including images, text, graphics, logos, and "Moon Tiger Ceramics" branding, are the exclusive property of Moon Tiger Ceramics. You agree not to sell, license, or modify our intellectual property without express written consent.
 

6. Right to Change Offering

We may, without prior notice, change the products available, stop providing certain pieces, or create limits for the services we offer. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moon Tiger Ceramics shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
 

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.
 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and the relationship between you and Moon Tiger Ceramics shall be governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
